28/06/2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The instant application is filed by the respondentpetitioners, for withdrawal of the 20% balance amount i.e. Rs. 1,90,893/- deposited by the State-appellants with the Registry of this Court vide order dated 21.06.2012 passed on CM Appl. No. 320/2012 in L.A App. No. 06 of 2012 titled as Sri Gouranga Chakraborty & Another Vrs. the State of Tripura and others to which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. For the reason, so assigned in the application, the same is allowed.

Consequently, the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the respondent-petitioners. The said amount equivalent to their respective share shall be directly remitted into the bank account of the respondent-petitioners along with interest accrued, if any. Needful be positively done within a period of two weeks.

Application stands disposed of.
