Learned counsel, Mr. Bhowmik prays for an interim order restraining the private respondents from carrying out cable TV operations in the operational area of the petitioner. Considering the materials placed before this Court I am satisfied that the petitioner has a good case and hence the private respondents are directed not to carry out cable TV operations in the operational area of the petitioner till otherwise directed by this Court.
