This is an application for release of the amount. While deciding the appeal, this Court has not apportioned the compensation between the parents. Therefore, it is now ordered as follows : That out of the amount of compensation Rs.6,00,000/- shall be paid to the mother Smt. Ruhini Roy(Debbarma) and Rs.2,80,000/- to Sri Amar Krishna Roy. The entire amount falling to the share of the father may be released to him. As far as the share of mother is concerned, Rs.1,00,000/- be released and the remaining Rs.5,00,000/- be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 5(five) years which shall be released to her along with interest on expiry of the said period. The aforesaid amounts shall be remitted to the personal Bank accounts of the parents, details whereof along with photocopies of the first page of the passbook(s) be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today. CM application is disposed of.
