Mr. H. Deb, ASGI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 25/09/2018 Heard Mr. S. S. Debnath, learned counsel appearing for the referring-claimant applicant and also heard Mr. H. Deb, learned ASGI appearing for the appellant-respondents. The appellant-respondents have deposited a sum of Rs.4,56,417/- in terms of the judgment and award dated 28.07.2015 delivered in LA APP No.27 of 2012. Now this petition has been filed by the referring-claimant applicant for leave of this court to withdraw the said amount. There is no impediment. Even Mr. Deb, learned ASGI appearing for the appellant-respondents does not oppose such prayer.

In view of this, the referring-claimants are permitted to receive the said amount in equal share.

The Registry shall accordingly transfer the said amount on following the procedure.

In terms of the above, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
