SAHA The instant application is filed by the petitioner Sri Dhananjoy Debbarma under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C for granting him bail in the event of his arrest in connection with East Agartala Women police station case No. 2015/WEA/047 under Section 498A of the IPC. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. When the bail application is taken up for hearing Mr. RC Debnath, learned Additional PP submits that the charge sheet has already been submitted and thus he has no objection to the prayer for bail.

In view of the above, it is directed that the accused petitioner shall be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the aforesaid police case on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Elaka Magistrate on further condition that the accused petitioner shall appear before the court of the Elaka Magistrate as and when called for and he shall not leave the State of Tripura without prior permission of the learned Elaka Magistrate.
