The insurance company in this case has deposited a total amount of Rs.5,19,681/-. On 07.07.2014 this Court directed that a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be paid to Smt. Parbati Saha and Rs.50,000/- each to Shri Partha Saha and Shri Bashudeb Saha out of their shares. Therefore, a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has already been released in their favour. Furthermore, it has been ordered that the interest accruing on the fixed deposit shall be paid on quarterly basis to Smt. Parbati Saha. This is being paid to her. There is no question of releasing any further amount in favour of the claimants at this stage. Therefore, the application is rejected.
