13/09/2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application filed by the applicants for releasing the amount deposited by the respondents in the Registry. Not opposed.

As such, the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicants namely, Sri Santosh Kanti Chakma, Miss Anamika Chakma & Sri Pranab Kanti Chakma being the legal heirs of deceased-claimant in equal share in terms of the judgment dated 8th November, 2010 passed by the learned L.A. Judge (District Judge), North Tripura, Kailashahar in Case No. Civil Misc. (LA) 49 of 2009 titled as Smti. Joshoda Chakma versus The L.A Collector & another to which they are entitled to. The amount shall be directly remitted into the Bank account of the applicant No.1 Sri Santosh Kanti Chakma along with the interest accrued, if any.

Needful be done positively within a period of 2(two) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
