This is an application for addition of Union of India as the respondent No.4 in the connected writ petition, being W.P.(C) No.369/2015 as the petitioner inadvertently could not make them as one of the party-respondents.

Ms. A.S. Lodh, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate has fairly submitted the respondents do not have any objection to add the Union of India in this proceeding. Accordingly, the Union of India, represented by the Secretary to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 be added as the respondent No.4 in this proceeding.
