Mr. S.S. Debnath, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that an amount of Rs.2,96,157/- has been deposited in the registry by way of cheque vide no.457815 dated 18.02.2019 on the S.B.I.

Since, the money has been deposited and the cheque has been encashed, the Registry is directed to disburse the amount to the applicant following the procedure.
