25/07/2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application filed by the respondent-applicants for releasing the amount deposited by the appellant-opposite party in the Registry.

Not opposed.

Considering the fact that common Judgment and Order dated 28th July, 2015 passed by this Court in L.A App. No. 37 of 2011 and other connected matters, titled as The Officer Commanding, 112 RCC, GREF Vrs. Smt. Punnyapati Chakma and others has already attained finality, as can be inferred from the averments made in the application, the same is allowed. As such, the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicants to which they are entitled to. The amount shall be directly remitted into the Bank account of the applicants along with the interest accrued, if any. Needful be done positively within a period of 2(two) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
