SAHA The instant application is filed by the petitioner-applicant for directing the employer of the respondent OP to furnish the details of employment of the respondent OP. The petitioner-applicant in this petition stated that the learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura by its order dated 02.05.2015 passed in Misc. Application 269 of 2014 directed the petitioner-applicant to pay maintenance allowance amounting to Rs.2,000/- per month to the respondent OP but the petitioner-applicant did not pay the money on the ground that the respondent OP is working under Gurubani Security (Pvt.) Ltd., Plot no. 90, Surya Enclave, Road no.3, near LIC City Branch, Tirumalgiri, Secunderabad-15 and posted in NIT, Agartala as House Keeping.

It is also stated that the petitioner-applicant has take up the matter with the employer of the respondent OP for providing him the detailed information of the employment of the respondent OP but the employer vide reply dated 27.08.2015 informed him that they could not provide any information to him unless Court directs.

The respondent OP by filing objection contended that she is working as Sweeper on casual basis and she used to earn Rs. 1,800/- per month sometime she used to earn below Rs. 1,800/- also.

In view of the above, the petitioner-applicant is directed to make an application to the employer of the respondent OP namely Gurubani Security (Pvt.) Ltd., Plot no. 90, Surya Enclave, Road no.3, near LIC City Branch, Tirumalgiri, Secunderabad-15 for necessary information regarding the employment of the respondent OP and, if any, application is filed then the employer Gurubani Security (Pvt.) Ltd., should inform as to whether the respondent OP is working under them and, if so, then how much salary is drawn by her, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the application. The petitionerapplicant is further directed to enclose the copy of this order along with the application. With the aforesaid order, the interim application is disposed of.
