Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has produced the communication dated 08.10.2015 whereby the petitioner No.2 was informed that the competent authority had contemplated a proceeding under Section 14(1) of the TLR & LR Act, 1960 for cancellation of the allotment order No.983 of 1975 issued in favour of Sri Dhananjoy Paul, son of Shyamacharan Paul. He has further submitted that it appears from the order dated 02.04.2015 delivered in Misc. Case No.01/2015 under Section 14(1) of the TLR & LR Act, 1960 that the allotment order as stated has been cancelled. Copies of the communications dated 08.10.2015, 09.06.2015 and the order dated 02.04.2015 shall be made part of this record.

Mr. I. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has further submitted that in view of the order dated 02.04.2015, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
