Since the counsel had not appeared either on 27-06-2014 when the case had earlier been listed or on 25-07-2014 when the case was decided. At the time when the appeal was decided, no material had been placed on record to show that the vehicle was insured. Now, along with the review petition, some documents have been filed. I am afraid that these documents cannot be looked into at this stage and there is no error apparent on the face of the record.
