Petn. No.09 of 2015 for a period of 2(two) months.

The only ground is that the petitioner wants to approach the Apex Court. No order of suspension can be passed in terms of Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. even otherwise this is a case of custody of a minor child and I see no reason to suspend the order.

Therefore, the application is rejected.
