Ghosh, learned P.P., submits that the sample have not matched. Therefore, as per this DNA report, the body recovered at Karimganj in Assam does not appear to be that of the husband of the petitioner since the DNA report was not matched with his mother and daughter. We have been passing orders in this case right from May,2013. More than two years have elapsed and we find that the police has been doing its best to trace out the culprits.

The respondents have been complying with the directions given by this Court from time to time. We, therefore, close the matter with the direction to the police to continue the investigation and to submit report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. after the investigation is complete.
