The appeal is still pending. The Insurance Company has deposited Rs.25,000/- vide one cheque and Rs.34,61,610/- vide another cheque.

It is ordered as follows:- (i) That, the amount of Rs.25,000/- along with interest accruing thereupon and out of the remaining amount, i.e. Rs.34,61,610/-, another sum of Rs.1,50,000/- along with interest shall be released in favour of applicant No.1 Smt. Rina Debbarma by remitting it to her personal bank account, details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be filed in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today; (ii) As far as the remaining amount is concerned, the same shall be kept in a fixed deposit for 3(three) years at the first instance and the interest accruing thereupon shall be paid to Smt. Rina Debbarma to meet her personal expenses and also to meet the expenses of her two minor daughters Smt. Sangita Debbarma and Smt. Sayantika Debbarma.

No other amount shall be released till the disposal of the appeal. The application stands disposed of.
