JUSTICE S.TALAPATRA The instant application is filed for condoning the delay of 42 days in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order of sentence dated 06.08.2015 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, West Tripura, Agartala in case No. ST.41(Type-2) of 2014. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. We have gone through the reasons as explained in the petition. According to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is also satisfactory.
