HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S. TALAPATRA Order 14.09.2020 Mr. R. Datta, learned counsel appearing for the applicants has submitted that by the judgment and order dated 28.07.2015 compensation to the extent of Rs.3,00,000/- was directed to be paid to the writ petitioners. One of the applicants, namely Jasim Miah since at the relevant time was minor, his share was not released as per direction. Now, Mr. Datta, learned counsel has on producing the birth certificate [Annexure-4 to the petition] stated that the said minor has attained the majority and as such, his share may be released.

Mr. B. Majumder, learned CGC appearing for the respondents has not raised any objection.

For obvious reason, the Registry is directed to release the share to the applicant, namely Jasim Miah following the process. In terms of the above, this application stands allowed and disposed of.
