It is submitted by Mr. Bhattacharji, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been granted regular pay scale but the respondents are now trying to stop it and therefore learned counsel for the petitioner prays for passing order giving interim protection.
In the given facts and circumstances of the case I think it is a fit case where the parties should be directed to maintain status quo. Accordingly, the parties are directed to maintain status quo till disposal of the writ petition.
