Pal, learned counsel appearing for the respondents State. Mr. Nath submits that in future the applicants will not ask for any relief in the connected writ petition. They want only to be an intervener. Considering the entire facts and circumstances, the prayer of the applicants are allowed to participate in the proceeding as an intervener in the writ petition No. WP(C) (PIL). No. 15 of 2014. Registry is directed to show their names in the writ petition as intervener. With the above, the instant I.A. is disposed of.
