In the interim, the operation of the impugned award dated 11.11.2013 passed in T.S(MAC) 289 of 2012 is stayed and any order(s) passed against the insurance company in execution proceedings shall stand vacated subject to the condition that the insurance company deposits the entire awarded amount including costs and interest in the Registry of this Court within 6(six) weeks from today. On the amount being so deposited the same shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of two years at the first instance. No amount shall be released unless the insurance company is first heard in the matter. CM application is disposed of.
