This is an application filed by the applicant for releasing the amount deposited by the respondent with the Registry. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

For the reasons so assigned in the application, the same is allowed.

The amount deposited by the respondent in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicant namely, Sri Mintu Paul, along with accrued interest, to which he is entitled to, by directly remitting the same into his bank account, details whereof shall be furnished by the applicant.

The application stands disposed of.
