13/09/2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application filed by the applicants for releasing the amount deposited by the respondents in the Registry. Not opposed.

As such, the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court be released in favour of the applicants namely, Smt. Aruna Jyoti Choudhury @ Aruna Bhowmik & Sri Manoranjan Choudhury being the legal heirs of deceased-claimant in equal share in terms of the judgment dated 25th March, 2010 passed by the learned L.A. Judge (District Judge), North Tripura, Kailashahar in Case No. Civil Misc. (LA) 39 of 2008 titled as Shri Hiranbashi Choudhury & others versus The L.A Collector, Dhalai Tripura, Ambassa to which they are entitled to. The amount shall be directly remitted into the Bank account of the applicants along with the interest accrued, if any.

Needful be done positively within a period of 2(two) weeks. Application stands disposed of.
