Mr. Das Choudhury submits that the delay has been properly explained in the instant application. On the other hand, Mr. Gon Choudhury in his usual fairness submits that he has no objection to the condonation of delay. We have gone through the reasons for delay and according to us, the delay has been properly explained and the same is also reasonable and satisfactory. In view of the above, the delay of 23 days is hereby condoned. CM application is disposed of.
