Mr. Debnath, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of Mr. A. De, learned counsel for the applicants and prayed for condoning the delay as the delay has been properly explained.

Ms. Purkayastha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents in her usual fairness submits that she has no objection to the prayer for condonation of delay. This Court has gone through the reasons for delay as stated in the application. According to this Court the delay has been properly explained and the same is satisfactory..
