SAHA The instant application is filed by the respondent-petitioners for extension of 3 months time to complete the verification of the caste certificate of the petitioner by the State Level Scrutiny Committee (SLSC for short) against the petitioner in view of the judgment passed on 10.07.2015 in WP(C). No. 38 of 2008.

Heard Mr. J. Majumder and Mr. S. C. Das, learned counsel appearing for the respondentpetitioners as well as Mr. P. Roy Barman, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner opposite party.

It is stated by Mr. Majumder, that the respondent-petitioner-SLSC could not complete the verification of the caste certificate of the petitioner within the stipulated time granted by this Court on 10.07.2015 in WP(C). No. 38 of 2008 and prays for 6 weeks time for complying the order of this Court dated 10.07.2015. The instant application is filed after elapsed of 3 months and it is not clear why the SLSC did not comply with the order within the stipulated period. However, considering the difficulties, the respondent-petitioners are allowed further 6 weeks time from today for complying the order dated 10.07.2015 as stated (supra).
