Mr. Lodh, learned C.G.C. has filed one signal message dated 14.07.2015 showing that the pensionary entitlements along with the arrears have been paid in the account of the petitioner.

Mr. Pal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not raised any objection to that submission made by Mr. Lodh, learned C.G.C. However, Mr. Pal, learned counsel has pointed out to this Court that before releasing the amount of entitlement to the petitioner, the respondent has deducted the Tax at Source (TDS). That gives rise to a fresh and separate cause and that cannot be adjudicated in this proceeding. In view of this, the proceeding for drawing up of contempt proceeding is closed and accordingly disposed of.
