JUDGMENT & ORDER (ORAL) (Deepak Gupta, CJ.) Mr. A. Gon Choudhury, learned counsel, appearing for the Union Bank of India states that the respondent-Bank is willing to handover all the policies in question to the petitioner on any date after 2nd April, 2015.

We, therefore, dispose of the petition with the following direction:- That the petitioner shall approach the Manager, Union Bank of India, L.N. Bari Road, Ganaraj Chowmuhani, Agartala on any date after 3rd April, 2015 and the life insurance policies shall be handed over to him against proper receipt.
