Majibur Rahaman on behalf of the accused person namely, Ajnur Ali in respect of A.D. Nagar P.S Case No. 37 of 2015 renumbered as PRC No. 139 of 2015 lodged against the accused persons and other coaccused registered under Section 457/380/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accused person along with the co-accused is charged with having lifted an ATM machine of the State Bank of India which contain case amounting to Rs.20,23,500/-. The police after investigating the matter has filed charge sheet against 11(eleven) accused including the person for whom the bail petition has been filed. The accused person belongs to Assam. There is all chance of his absconding if bail is granted to him. The offence is very serious in nature and therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail to him.
