This is an application for withdrawal of the awarded amount deposited by the insurance company. The total amount of compensation is only Rs.57,000/- and the enhancement of compensation is only Rs.31,498/- and the accident took place in the year 2004. Therefore, I am of the view that there is no need to keep the money in a fixed deposit. It is accordingly order that the entire amount lying in deposit along with interest accrued thereupon be paid to the applicant-claimant by remitting it to his Bank Account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2(two) weeks from today.

The application is disposed of.
