The learned MACT passed an award of Rs.10,56,464/- in favour of the claimants. This amount is payable to the claimants in equal shares. The appeal is still pending. Therefore, it is directed that a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh) each shall be paid to each of the claimants by remitting it to their personal Bank accounts details whereof along with photocopies of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today. Remaining amount shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of 5 years. The application is accordingly disposed of.
