By means of this application, the applicant has sought release of the amount. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The claimant Jahir Husaain has attained majority and therefore, it is ordered that the amount which has been deposited be released to the applicant by remitting it to his Bank account details whereof along with photocopy of the first page of the passbook be submitted in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) weeks from today. The application is accordingly disposed of.
