For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The applicant-appellant is directed to deposit the entire awarded amount in the Registry of this court within 8 weeks from today and the operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 09.06.2014 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, North Tripura, Dharmanagar in TS (MAC) 45 of 2013 is stayed. On the amount being so deposited the same shall be kept in a fixed deposit for a period of two years at the first instance. No amount shall be released unless the applicant-appellant is first heard in the matter.
