Sessions Judge, West Tripura, Agartala, Court No. 4 whereby the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have been acquitted from the charges levelled against them under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the IPC. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. We have gone through the reasons for delay as stated in the instant application. According to us the reasons for delay are reasonable and satisfactory.
