Despite due notice from this Court, none appears for the respondents. This is a petition under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 244 days for preferring the criminal revision petition against the judgment and order dated 10.01.2014 delivered in Misc. 99 of 2013 by the Judge, Family Court, West Tripura, Agartala directing the petitioner to pay maintenance of Rs.2,500/- per month to the respondents.

Having regard to the causes assigned and no opposition being projected by the respondents, this Court does not find any difficulty to accept this explanation given for such delay. Those causes constitute sufficient cause to condone the dely. Accordingly, the said delay is condoned granting leave to the petitioner to present the criminal revision petition against the said judgment and order dated 10.01.2014.
