We find that there is no clear cut direction that the amount of salary paid to Manindra Ch. Das was not to be deducted.

Therefore, we do not feel that this is a case of willful disobedience of the order of this Court and the contempt notice is accordingly discharged. We, however, make it clear that the petitioner is free to approach this Court for review/modification of the earlier order passed by this Court or even she may file a fresh petition challenging the order.
