Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. T.D. Majumder, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents. Mr. Majumder, learned Govt. Advocate has produced the records in terms of the order dated 17.09.2015.

From the records, it appears that by the Memorandum No.F.1(12-1)-ESSTT/PR/2002/ 18215-18276 dated 19.09.2015, the respondent No.2, the Director of Panchayats, has published the final seniority list of Group-D (Peon/Night Guard/Sweeper/Cook-cu- -Masalchi/Helper/Clea- ner/Attendant) employees as on 31.03.2015 on disposing the tentative seniority list that was published on 04.07.2015. In the said final seniority list published by the memorandum dated 19.09.2015, the petitioner's name appears at Sl.No.581 and in the Column 4 for the Educational Qualification, his educational qualification recorded as PFC (Secondary) passed. Mr. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the relief as sought for in the writ petition has been thus granted by the memorandum dated 19.09.2015.

In view of this, this writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed as infructuous.

Mr. T.D. Majumder, learned Govt. Advocate shall supply a copy of the memorandum dated 19.09.2015 to Mr. A. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner within a short while.
