Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petitioner has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Senior Joint Commissioner of State Tax/respondent No.2 in considering the petitioner's representation dated 13th December, 2021 as appears at page 32 of the writ petition, making application for fixing an early date of hearing.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition, being WPA 2 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13th December, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order and shall take appropriate steps to dispose of the appeal in question as expeditiously as possible.
