The earlier condition imposed by the order dated 19.02.2025 while granting bail is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Shakespeare Sarani Police Station or any Officer delegated by him, once in a week till further orders.

Petitioner will produce the address where he will be staying. In case the petitioner intends to travel outside the State of West Bengal he will take permission from the learned Trial Court.

Learned Trial Court will consider the circumstances and thereafter exercise his discretion in accordance with law. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
