Seen the office report dated August 10, 2021. It appears from the said report that no steps have been taken since 1980 for service of notice of the appeal upon the respondent no.4. It is, therefore, apparent that the appellants have lost their interest to proceed with the appeal.

The second appeal being S.A. 777 of 1958 is dismissed without any order for costs.

Department is direct to send down the Lower Court Records to the concerned Court immediately. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with al requisite formalities.
