Seen the office report dated August 18, 2021. It appears inter alia from the said report that the appeal is ready as regards service and paper book of the appeal was filed way back on March 28, 1990, but thereafter, no steps have been taken by the appellants for disposal of the present Second Appeal, which is pending since 1962.

The record indicates that the appellants have lost their interest to proceed with the present appeal.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal being S.A.

1108 of 1962 is dismissed.

The Lower Court Records be sent down to the Court below immediately.
