1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. After filing of the present writ application, a notification has been issued on 9th January, 2026.

3. This Court finds that after issuance of the notification dated 9th January, 2026 the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that still there are some grievances of the petitioners as some of the names of the members of the Bar has not been recorded correctly in the Voter list.

5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the parties. The Returning Officer already issued the notification dated 9th

January, 2026 and thus nothing remains in the present application.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

7. If the petitioners are having any grievance, they are at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with the notification dated 9th January, 2026. (Krishna Rao, J.)
