Mr. Soumyajit Das Mahapatra, learned advocate for the petitioners appears before the Court and submits that petitioners had prayed for quashing of the proceedings in connection with ACGR 955 of 2019 arising out of Behala Women Police Station Case No. 2 of 2019 under Section 498A/406/506 (II)/34 of the IPC pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore. Learned advocate submits that the petitioners have instructed him for not pressing the revisional application so that the matter is disposed of.

None appears for the opposite party.

Considered the submissions made by learned advocate for the petitioners.

The revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
