It is contended by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been cultivating the land in question for more than 50 years and applied for issuance of patta in his favour before the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, the respondent no. 3 hearin, on February 08, 2008. The petitioner complains that his case has not been considered as yet. The petitioner submitted a representation in this regard before the Authority on August 03, 2011 which is yet to be disposed of. The petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned authority to dispose of the representation at the earliest.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and the material on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of

the representation filed by the petitioner on August 03, 2011 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The order passed by the respondent no. 3 shall be communicated to the parties whom he has heard within a week thereafter.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA No. 6 of 2022 is disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
