Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. De facto complaint had handed over a vehicle to the petitioner. He has misappropriated the vehicle. Inspite of opportunity he did not meet the investigating officer to hand over the said vehicle. In light of the nature of crime and the non-cooperation of the petitioner to the investigation, we are of the opinion his custodial interrogation for recovery of stolen vehicle is necessary. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
