The petitioner and the private respondents are engaged in civil litigations with regard to their property being T. S. No. 212 of 2021 now pending before the learned Civil Judge(Senior Division), Serampore, Hooghly. In the said suit, injunction has been ordered on 03.12.2021 and the O. C., Jangipara Police Station was directed to visit the suit property and ensure that the order of injunction is strictly complied with. The O. C., Jangipara Police Station shall submit a report within a period of one week from date before the Civil Court as regards the conduct of the parties and the compliance with the order of injunction passed by the Civil Court.

The private respondents are represented. The private respondents shall ensure that the Civil Court's order is strictly complied with.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
