The Ld. Counsel for the appellant further submits that time is required for preparation of the paper book as he could not contact with the appellant due to his illness.

Ld. Counsel for the respondents is also present and submit that the paper book be prepared immediately.

It transpires from the office report that paper book has not yet been filed in department pursuant to the direction of this Court.

Hence, the appellant is hereby directed to file the paper book within one week after re- opening of Puja Vacation positively.
