For the petitioner It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on several occasions put up petitions were filed for preponing the date but that was not heard by the learned Judge, 6th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta. Considering the nature of prayer, I find hardly any necessity to ask for service of notice upon the opposite party. Thus, service of notice upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the learned Judge, 6th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta, is requested to hear the put up petitions filed on behalf of the petitioner and dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 4 of 2023, stands disposed of. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is at liberty to bring this order to the notice of

the learned Judge, 6th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta, forthwith.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
