1. This is a case pertaining to the year 1968, in which the department has noted vide Note Sheet dated 27-07-2023 regarding submission of paper books in connection with the present case, back on 20-11-1979.

2. No one is appearing on behalf of the parties in spite of completed service of notice.

3. In view of the long pendency of the instant case and the absence of learned lawyers for the appellant or the respondent, it is found proper that the matter may be dismissed for default.
