None appears on behalf of appellants.

On 9th July, 2021 there was direction for issuance of notice upon the learned advocate as none had appeared. The postal article was returned with remark "deceased". Hence, on 17th August, 2021 there was direction for issuance of administrative notice to appellants. In the order following was also said:- "The appeal is ready to be moved for admission. Appellants, on receipt of the administrative notice must make alternative arrangement. It is made clear that on adjourned date, if appellants continue to go unrepresented, the appeal is likely to be dismissed.

List on 6th September, 2021."

Noting dated 21st September, 2021 says postal track record reveals item delivery confirmed. We are convinced appellants have lost interest.

SA 639 of 2008 is dismissed.
